Tenets of an Ecommerce platform

If you are an Online Wholesaler, with your wholesale stock to be disposed of, it will be easier for you to simply join the b2b e-commerce exchanges. What is a b2b e-commerce, you may wish to know. Basically speaking, it’s another name given for B2B Leads.

It’s an online business, which brings together companies that want to buy and sell their products and/or services to other interested businesses. Under this category, we can broadly make two divisions: the Private and the Public Sector.

The Public Sector allows for each and everyone to join the site; introduce themselves and their companies briefly; and state their purposes as a buyer or seller. If it is a buyer, he/she goes further to state what they are looking for. And if it’s a seller, then they mention what they are selling as in the form of product or service.

On the other hand, the private players are more discrete and selective in their approach. One has to be a paid member of the site; and once all the information is received from the buyer and seller, it falls under a controlled domain.

Online wholesalers can take the opportunity and become a member of the Ecommerce platforms and display their products. Once this is done, they will get mails of enquiry from interested clients.
